No Tab to submit ticket

I have a horse that I just purchased and it has written in red, "This horse is duplicated please submit ticket to Amaretto" I went to support tab and registered and it tells me I am registerd but still dosnt give me a tab to submit ticket and my profile page is not the same as the page as seen on the video supplied. Is there a registration process period I need to wait so I can submit a ticket??

    You are on the wrong website if you do not see the submitt button. 

    You should be at http://support.amarettobreedables.com/

    You sign in on the right hand side. Then when you go to support, across the top of the page. Look to left side column it asks for you to sign in again. When you do this the ticket button appears. Hope this helps
